Q: How do I send you my photo?

A: When you select which size you want from the options list, you will be given an opportunity to upload your photo. If you aren’t able to do so, or prefer to use a different method to send us your picture, please contact our support team, here.

Q: Do you provide photo editing services?

A: Yes, we do. We also will replace backgrounds with a solid color of your choosing. Keep in mind that photo editing does have certain limitations, so the higher quality picture you send us, the better.

Q: Will I get to see a proof before the tile is produced?

A: Yes, we will create a proof and send it to you for your approval before starting work. If there’s something you don’t like about your proof, we will do additional editing as necessary.

Q: How long from when I place my order until I receive my tile?

A: It is typically 3 weeks from the time your proof is approved. However, it’s important to note that we do not guarantee delivery times or offer rush services. Each ceramic photo is hand made, and the process is time consuming.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We provide free shipping to the 50 United States.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: We do, but instead of free shipping, the cost is a flat rate of $25 and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
