Q: How do I send you my photo?

A: When you select which size you want from the options list, you will be given an opportunity to upload your photo. If you aren’t able to do so, or prefer to use a different method to send us your picture (such as mailing it), please contact our support team, here.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone?

A: Absolutely. Give our support staff a call at (816) 506-2107 and we will take your order over the phone.

Q: Do you provide photo editing services?

A: Yes, we do. We also will replace backgrounds with a solid color of your choosing. Keep in mind that photo editing does have certain limitations, so the higher quality picture you send us, the better.

Q: Will I get to see a proof before the tile is produced?

A: Yes, we will create a proof and send it to you for your approval before starting work. If there’s something you don’t like about your proof, we will do additional editing as necessary.

Q: Can my photo be done in either landscape or portrait format?

A: Yes it can. If you’re not sure which format would be best, we will make you a proof of each format so you can choose for yourself.

Q: How long from when I place my order until I receive my tile?

A: It is typically 3 weeks from the time your proof is approved. However, it’s important to note that we do not guarantee delivery times or offer rush services. Each ceramic photo is hand made, and the process is time consuming. *Note: Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada can be longer than this due to delivery shipping delays.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We provide free shipping to the United States.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes we do. However, instead of free shipping, the cost is a flat rate of $25 and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: How do I attach the photo to the headstone?

A: Your photo comes with high bonding masonry tape on the back. All you need to do is make sure the location you want to place the photo is clean and dry. Then, simply peel the backing off of the masonry tape and adhere it to the stone. The tape is extremely sticky, so make sure you place it exactly where you want it. It’s also better if the temperature is above freezing at the time you put it on the stone, but not required.

Q: Will the ceramic photo fade or crack from being out in the weather?

A: No. Our process makes them completely safe from weather, and we offer a lifetime warranty on them. If it does ever fad or crack, just send it back to us, and we will make you a new one at no charge.

Q: Can the ceramic tile be removed from the headstone once it’s attached?

A: Yes, and if done properly, it won’t damage the headstone. However, there is a good possibility that you will break the tile in the process, so we don’t recommend it unless you’re having a new one made.
